Kelaghar Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Kelaghar ("we", "us") and the user of the Kelaghar platform ("you", "user"). By accessing the platform through Kelaghar's website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original, the original version shall prevail.

• Kelaghar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• You will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and use the Kelaghar platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Kelaghar may request your national ID, passport, or other identity documents. Withdrawal access may be restricted until KYC is completed.

3. Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on Kelaghar. All bets are settled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a match or event is cancelled, stakes for the relevant bets will be refunded.
• In the event of a disputed match result, Kelaghar's decision is final.
• Kelaghar is not liable for bets that fail to process due to network issues during live betting.
• If a technical error is found in the odds, Kelaghar reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The maximum bet limit per event is set by Kelaghar and is subject to change.

Odds in live betting are subject to real-time changes. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final — any change in odds after confirmation will not apply.

4. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Kelaghar supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all payment transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Kelaghar may initiate a verification process for any suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Kelaghar does not charge any transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Kelaghar offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be used.
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per person.
• If multiple accounts or bonus claims from the same device/IP are detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Kelaghar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected at Kelaghar's discretion, the account may be restricted.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kelaghar platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Cheating, match fixing, or any form of fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in Kelaghar's systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Kelaghar may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time by emailing our support team at support@kelaghar.biz. Please withdraw all available balance before requesting account closure.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

Kelaghar believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We genuinely care about the wellbeing and financial safety of our users. That's why Kelaghar provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limits — set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Betting Limits — cap the maximum amount you can wager within a set time period.
• Cooling-Off Period — take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — deactivate your account permanently or for a set period.
• Reality Check — periodic reminders of your betting time and spending.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kelaghar accepts no liability for the following:

• Lost bets or missed opportunities due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment systems.
• Service unavailability during technical issues or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others.
• Financial losses from betting — betting is inherently risky and losses are possible.

Kelaghar's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the current balance held in that user's account.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact Kelaghar's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• For disputes, please submit a written complaint to support@kelaghar.biz.
• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• For complex disputes, a decision will be communicated within a maximum of 14 business days.
• Kelaghar's final decision shall be binding.

Legal disputes may be brought before the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.

12. Amendments & Enforceability

Kelaghar may change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regarding such changes:

• You will be notified at your registered email address of any significant changes.
• Minor updates will be communicated via a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
